Course (3 years course)

• Basic Training Course (BTC): 6 months of Soft Skills & Habits building and development focus

• Advanced Training Course (ATC): 6 months of Hard Skills building focus

• Internship Course(IC): 

  • • 1 year Mission in the region

    • 1 year internship course as future pastors or as future leaders of providential organizations, including leadership training in church management/ NGO management / VIP care /Pastoral care

1. Number of recruits

• Maximum 10 - 30 people - male and female mixed together (they will be qualified through interview and written exam)

2. Application Requirements and/or Recommendations

• (Required) The Applicant to the program should be at least a High school graduate (Provide certificate) or
  (Recommended) the Applicant can be a University graduate 

• (Required) The Applicant should be a youth who has undergone a missionary program for at least 6 months or has served in church/HQ for at least 1 year as support staff or
  (Recommended) Those  who went through 1-year missionary program

• (Required) The Applicant should have at least a level of a 7 days DP workshop if he/she is a  2nd Generation/Jacob child (Provide certificate)

• (Required) The Applicant should have at least a level of 21 days DP workshop if he/she is 1st Generation (Provide certificate)

• (Required) The Applicant should be physically and spiritually healthy (please really check your health before coming to the program) 

• (Required) The Applicant should be able to read and write in either English, French, or Portuguese. However, as the main language spoken during the program is English the applicant should have a basic capacity of understanding English. (No other language is allowed)

• (Required) The Applicant should provide the signed consent from his/her parents to participate in the whole program (not necessary for 1st gen)

• (Required) The Applicant should provide the signed consent from his/her spouse to participate in the whole program if blessed

• (Required) The Applicant should be provided with a recommendation letter written by the National Leader of his/her nation and sent to HJ Rang Africa Office by email:hjrangafrica@gmail.com

• • Month. xx – Month. xx, 202x | All recommended recruits must submit their application forms within the specified timeframe. Late applications will not be considered.

  • Month. xx – Month. xx, 202x| A general orientation the on current update of the HJRA program will be held for the potential recruits who already submitters their application in due date and for the all the relevent leaders.

  • Month. xx – Month. xx, 202x | All applicants will undergo a recruitment interview and a Divine Principle exam, which will determine their admission to the HJRA Program.

                2. Please prepare a good internet connection, microphone, and camera.

                3. A weak Internet connection which hinders communication, or being unprepared for the interview, can be a serious disadvantage to the applicant

                4. Please Ensure that you are not in a noisy place or have a noisy background

                5. Any applicant unable to participate in the Zoom interview will be automatically disqualified

  • Month. xx – Month. xx, 202x | The Admission results will be presented to all the candidate and the leaders. It will be also displayed on the Hyojeong Rang Africa website.

  • Month. xx – Month. xx, 202x | All new recruits of HJRA 4th Class should gather their relevant documents as listed bellow for their visa applications:

> Police clearance from country of residence;

> Curriculum Vitae;

> Certified copy of qualifications (academic, professional);

> Copy of marriage certificate (where available);

>  Certified copy of valid passport (bio data & last endorsement stamp for Zambia);

> One recent passport size photographs

> Prescribed Permit fee (10,734 ZMW($390.00 - 450.00 US)/person). The prescribe fee can be sent by Western Union to the HJRA Administration. 

• • Month. xx – Month. xx, 202x | A list of confirmed new recruits for the program will be shared based on the visa applications submitted. If any visa application is rejected within the allotted timeframe on the immigration website, that individual will be dismissed from the program due to the likelihood of joining the program late.

  • Month. xx, 202x| All new recruits for the HJRA 4th Class are required to enter Zambia within the specified timeframe. The Kick-off ceremony will be on Month xx, 202x. If any recruits encounter challenges in meeting this deadline, please report to the HJRA Administration for advice on the next steps and your eligibility for the program. 

• We will not accept any applications submitted after the application deadline as we have set a sufficient period for any applicant to submit their applications in time. 

• Candidates who can not travel to Zambia by Month xx, 202x will be disqualified unless specific case.

• Hyojeong Rang Africa is a 3 years leadership program for raising future leaders for Africa. Anyone accepted to the Hyojeong Rang Africa program must complete the 3 years training program. Failure to complete the course or quitting the program will require the cadet to refund all financial support received during the program.

• Hyojeong Rang Africa is a regional program, therefore all accepted candidates will be under the measured care and direct supervision of Regional Africa HQ. 

• The Region HQ will not provide the flight ticket for the new recruits coming to Zambia or the allocated nation for the program. We expect the nation to ensure the flight ticket of the person they are offering for this program as the recruits will be sent by the nation and not joining the program as individuals dealing with a personal matter. Consequently, while purchasing the flight ticket please purchase a round ticket before coming to Zambia. The return date should be open(flexible/Changeable)

• Please enter Zambia with a business visa

• If the passport expires within 1 year 6 months, please renew it before entering Zambia

• Africa HQ will select the candidates of UPA among HJ Rang missionaries. If you wish to be selected for UPA, please join HJ Rang Africa and qualify yourself for selection. A cadet is eligible to be selected only when he/she go through the Basic Training Course (BTC) successfully have grades through her performance and staff evaluajtion .
